Three of our fabulous volunteers, Marcea, Lu and Jan, have started a monthly show on local community radio station Soundart Radio.
The show is a great mix of tunes, chat about all things climate-related, and updates on local events hosted by Totnes Climate Hub and aligned local groups. The aim is to inform, inspire and encourage anyone feeling worried about climate change.

Last week’s episode opens with the song World on Fire by Dolly Parton: “Liar, liar, the world’s on fire. What you gonna do when it all burns down?”
Marcea, Lu and Jan go on to discuss two extreme impacts of climate change – wildfires and flooding. There’s a lot of scary natural disasters in the news right now. What can we do as communities and ask our governments to do to keep us safe and protect the natural world?
You can listen back to the first two episodes on Mixcloud here. And if you’re local to Totnes, do tune into Soundart Radio on 102.5 FM. There’s a whole range of great shows every week, from music to politics to philosophy!
